Glenn Magnell

Attorney at Law & Principal

Glenn Magnell founded the firm in 2005 on "lawyer's row" along the historic main street of Goshen, NY. Glenn obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers School of Law. He also has a Masters degree from theUniversity of Pennsylvania and a Bachelors degree from New York University. Glenn is admitted to practice in New York State and in the United States District Court (Southern District of New York).

Glenn has extensive experience with criminal defense matters, including DWI/DUI, drug possession, assault, traffic misdemeanors, traffic violations and transportation law cases. He practices in both local and county courts (felonies) throughout the Hudson Valley. He is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, New York State Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, New York State Defenders Association and the National College of DUI Defense.

Conrad J. Pasquale

Associate Attorney

Conrad Pasquale joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2012. He is a graduate of St. John's University Law School (2006). He also has a Bachelors degree from the State University of New York-Binghamton (2002). Conrad is admitted to practice in New York State and has extensive experience with criminal defense matters including DWI/DUI. He is an active member of the New York State Bar Association and New York City Bar Association.

Catherine Benson

Legal Assistant

Catherine (Kate) Benson joined the firm in 2007 as a legal assistant. She is the primary contact point for clients, manages our office and client billing, court correspondence, client updates and is the all-round "go to" person in the office. Kate graduated from SUNY-New Paltz. She is fluent in Spanish and conversant in French. Kate is a former high school Spanish teacher and an avid motorcyclist.

Megan Hayton


Megan Hayton joined the firm in 2012 as a paralegal. She is a graduate of Mount St. Mary College in Newburgh, NY and possess a certificate of paralegal studies from Dutchess Community College. Megan is responsible for researching a wide variety of legal issues, including case law research. She also drafts a variety of court filings and acts as our primary point of contact for clients with divorce, guardianship and elder law cases. She is also the dedicated liaison with our numerous Canadian clients.
